About BlueBoy Vision

History

Blueboy Vision was founded in 2001 by web-designer Edgar Alvarado.

The name "BlueBoy Vision" comes from a time during the early life of Edgar's first-born son, Jacob. While holding Jacob and putting him to sleep with the sounds of Ron Sexsmith's newly released album "Blue Boy" - Edgar took in the simplicity of the album's message and combined with the innocence of that moment - he vowed to carry that over to his new career as a Web Designer. To have a child like Vision for things that are created, whether it's music, life or websites.

Edgar Alvarado

Edgar brings a high level of professionalism to each project he has touched. With an eye for detail, a passion for web design and a work ethic that is hard to match; he consistently delivers extremely high quality websites that not only look great, but incorporate a level of strategic value that is rarely rivalled. Edgar holds a diploma in Web design, development and maintenance (Humber College, Etobicoke, Ontario). Edgar is a qualified Photoshop professional and has advanced experience with CSS, HTML and JS.

As Creative Director for Robin Hood Technology, Edgar is responsible for translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, designs, and plans. He manages graphic and web design, copywriting and promotions for all client projects as well as RHT's collection of software products.

He has been married to his wife Laura for 10 years and has 2 children - Jacob and Hannah.
